What is Evan Mila selling?

Shirts, mugs, canvas, sport jerseys, etc. We are always expanding our categories. Email us for customization and bulk discount orders.

How Long is shipping?

Please expect 2 weeks for delivery of regular retails items because we print them on demand here in the U.S.A. as you order. Also please allow 3-4 weeks for deliver of any items on sale because they are shipped from oversea to keep the price low for you. The wait will be worth it because we always strike to offer you the best deals! Custom jerseys are unique and made after you order from scratch and may take 1 month. We promise to keep you posted, and you are welcome to email us any time.

I've received my order number but still have not received my tracking number?

Orders can take 2-4 business days to be processed and shipped dues to increased demand, once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email.

I have received my tracking number but there is no tracking information.

Shipping information can take 24-48 hours to be processed by USPS. 

Are there "Free items"?

Yes, Free Items are available and you only pay shipping. They can be priced more but we always want to offer you a great deal. You can't use the Free Shipping coupon for Free Items.

What happens if I receive the wrong or unusable product?

Sometimes mistakes happen, we will do our best to correct it. If you receive a wrong or unusable item, please email us with your order number and a picture of the product within 5 days of receiving the package. We will fix it for you if it still has the tag on it!

How about shipping and return?

In short, if there is no error in shipping and products, you pay for shipping to return. If there is something wrong with the item, we will send you a new one. You can read more  here.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

Where can I track my order?

If you will receive an email with tracking information, you can track the item here.

Feel Free to email us at support@evanmila.com if one of these happen!

  1. If an item is lost in transit, send us an email with order number, and we will be happy to send you a new one because all orders are shipped with insurance.
  2. If an item arrives in an unusable condition, email us a PICTURE of your broken or ripped item with the  order number within 5 days of receiving it, we will be glad to send you a new one.
  3. If a wrong item is received, email us a PICTURE of the wrong item with the  order number within 5 days , and we will be ready to send a new one.

Are customers always right? Maybe not always.

  1. If you enter incorrect items' size/ color/ style/ etc., please email us with your order number ASAP. We will try our best to help you!
  2. If you enter a wrong shipping address, email us your order number ASAP and you may be recharged a shipping rate. This means that the item goes to a wrong address, gets returned, and get resent again. This process can take 4-6 weeks.
  3. If your item breaks or ripped during your use, you are responsible for it but you can send us an email with pictures. We will send you a coupon! 

 

What if I think there is a copyright infringement?

If you think any content on evanmila.com  infringes copyright, please email us immediately with all relevant information: Notification of copyright infringementto business@evanmila.com. We respect third party's copyright and will respond to any notification. Once notification of complying copyright guideline is received, we may remove all related content. 

Requirements of copyrights infringement notification:

  • The handwritten or electronic signature of the person submitting the notification.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works, a list of such works.
  • Identification of the materials that are claimed to be infringing and that are to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate that material.
  • Information sufficient to allow us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and true.
